We take your privacy very seriously and therefore we would not use any of your details or pictures in connection with our web-page or advertising literature without your express permission.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the booking price will confirm your reservation. Full payment must be made 28 days prior to the date of your wedding, without which may result in cancellation of your booking. Payments to be made payable to M Ellis by cheque or bank transfer to: Sort Code: 55-70-37 | Account Number 81285019.

Any quotation is not a guaranteed offer of a booking and cannot be guaranteed until we receive the deposit or the full payment if your booking is less than 28 days away. Until such deposit/full payment is received, the date remains open for another party to take this date. Alterations made to the quote after it has been accepted may result in further charges. If you need to cancel, please put this to us in writing no later than one calendar month prior to the date. Failure to do so may result in the full balance still being required. There is a strict no smoking policy and eating policy in our vehicles at all times. The only beverages that we allow are those supplied by ourselves.

Deans Wedding Cars reserve the right to charge for any breakages or extra cleaning costs due to spillages incurred to the vehicle(s) whilst under hire. In the event of body or paint damage to the vehicles due to negligence by the hirer or hirer's party, the hirer is liable for all repairs*.

Deans Wedding Cars are unable to take responsibility for any unforeseen conditions or circumstances which may result in a delay, cancellation or change of vehicle. These conditions include, but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions, mechanical/electrical breakdown, or restricted access. Every effort is made on our behalf for the repair of the vehicle so that the journey can continue, or where possible the hirer will be transferred to another vehicle(s) so that the journey can continue. If Deans Wedding Cars are unable to offer either of their cars for service they will endeavour to work with another local company to provide you with a similar vehicle to transport you on your day.

Due to the age of our cars, there are no seatbelts in the rear of the vehicles. Children under the age of 16 travel at their own risk and a travel consent form must be signed by their parent/guardian prior to the date. Children of an age that are required by law to travel in a child seat cannot travel in the back of our vehicles and we will not allow them to do so. We have availability to provide an appropriate child seat that can be strapped into the front passanger seat of either car but we will need to know this before hand to ensure we have it in the car ready for travel.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for loss or damage to any of your personal property or luggage left in the vehicles.

Deans Wedding Cars will make every effort to get you to your destination on time and without delay, however, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays i.e. traffic conditions, road works, vehicle problems. Please note that prior to the day we do test run of the route to ensure times and we do ensure our cars are regularly checked and serviced to prevent any unwanted vehicle issues.

Deans Wedding Cars has full insurance on both of their cars for your peace of mind.

*Please note that due to the age of the Vehicles repairs carried out are done by a specialist company we use and therefore cannot be taken elsewhere.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We have a non-refundable deposit policy. Under certain circumstances we may refund part of your deposit but this is at our discretion.

We will supply a partial refund (less deposit) if your booking was paid in full and is cancelled with more than one calendar month's notice of your Wedding Day/ Occasion.

If we receive a cancellation with less than one calendar month's notice and the booking has been paid for in full we will not offer a refund. If your booking has not been paid for and is cancelled with less than one calendar month's notice of your Wedding/ Occasion, we reserve the right to pursue full payment to cover costs and business loss.
